Commissions
Creating a commissioned artwork is a collaborative and personal journey. Whether you're looking to capture a meaningful place, a special memory, or simply want a bespoke piece that complements your space, I’d love to work with you to bring your vision to life.

What to Expect:

Each commission begins with a conversation...

1. Initial Consultation

We’ll chat in person to explore your vision, preferred colours, themes, and any reference materials you’d like to share (such as the furnishings the work will be next to, favourite landscapes etc.).
ou might have a specific vision in mind for the work or you are not quite sure. Either and everything between is perfect! I can share a list of questions in advance of meeting to help you start to think through what you love and how you want this piece to make you feel.

A week after our discussion I will send through a summary document which captures all that we have discussed and will act as a reference document.

2. Concept Development

I’ll create three initial concept options—either as mini canvases or pastel sketches—so you can see different directions the piece could take. We’ll review them together and decide on the final direction.

3. Deposit & Timeline

Once you're happy to proceed, a deposit secures your commission. The final artwork typically takes around two months to complete, depending on size and complexity.
A mid-way review ensures we’re on track and gives you a chance to offer feedback. If you're happy to proceed to completion partial payment would occur at this point.

4. Final Delivery

I’ll personally deliver your finished painting, beautifully framed and ready to hang. The remaining balance is paid.

Pricing & Framing

Prices vary depending on size and complexity. If you would like a tray frame, as per my other work, this can be included in the commission service.

Sharing the Journey

I love sharing the creative process on social media, and many clients enjoy seeing their piece come to life. With your permission, I may post progress photos and inspiration images—always ensuring your privacy is respected.
