The Adventure Is Starting (Chantries) is a small impressionist painting capturing the rising drama of a storm over the Chantries Wood. I used fluid layers of acrylic ink create the bold sweep of cloud and rain, a gathering storm and the quiet thrill of something about to begin. I invite you into that first moment of adventure.
